A new Foothold config section:
FootholdEnabled,FightingFullPoints,EatAtFightingPercent,DiscoveryFullKm2,MaxFromOneKindPercent, and aPoints_line per biome saying what each creature is worth there. Eating and the limit per kind are percents of the full bar, so raising the bar keeps them at half. All of it is synced from the host.
