Quick draw: the capstone is now Second nock. Loose a shot and the next draw you begin within a second and a half starts 15% full, so the follow-up arrow comes quicker and a lone shot is drawn as it always was. It used to be +5% damage from bows and crossbows, a number on a stat the stone does not own. It is still a draw-speed effect on a draw-speed stone, so it is the closest of these capstones to its stone's own stat; what is new is that it rewards the second arrow and not the first. Bows only; the crossbow keeps the reload speed from the ranks. The head start is 15% of the bow's real draw time at your skill and composes with the ranks' faster draw.
