A changed default reaches a machine that has already run this mod. BepInEx writes every setting on first run and the saved value beats a new default in code, so when the post's cost moved to 40 fine wood and 20 bronze nails in 1.6.0, every existing install kept 20 fine wood and 20 iron nails and nothing anywhere said so. The config now carries a revision number, and a default that moves is applied once to any file still holding the previous one. A value you changed yourself is left exactly as it is, and the log names anything it moved.
