Steady arm: the capstone is now Last blow. The swing that kills gives half its stamina back (it was all of it in the first draft;
LastBlowSharein the cfg). It used to be +20% parry bonus, which the stone has nothing to do with. The price is read where the game works it out, after every discount, and the kill is read from the creature's health a moment after the hit rather than from its death, so it works the same when another player's machine owns the creature. One refund per swing: a sweep that kills three gives it back once. A weapon that charges nothing for the shot refunds nothing.
