Three running discounts did nothing. Tireless's per-rank running discount, Long wind's capstone and Long stride's capstone all changed a stat the game never reads. Sprinting is charged through a different one, and all three now use it. Tireless's capstone was already on the right stat, so it now stacks with a working 5% a rank.
