Sure hand: the capstone is now Whetted. Axes and pickaxes lose 40% less durability, so a tool outlasts the vein. It used to be +12% stamina regen, which is Long wind's job. What a swing wears off the tool is read around the attack and 40% of it is put back, never more than was spent, so it cannot mend a tool. It is by skill, so an axe swung in a fight wears less too, and the hammer and the hoe are not covered. The tool swing speed is now +5% a rank, 25% at rank five, up from +3% (the capstone review).
