rist hurt <n> [enemy] [full]takes a plain hit through the game's own damage path and prints what it took off the health bar and as a share of maximum health, as a creature's hit withenemy, after topping the health up withfull. It exists so Bruise cap and the other health-reading capstones have a scenario.
