The hover says whether the animal is following or staying (LHM-49). A tamed boar or hen shows Following you, Following <name> or Staying above the Alt+E line, so you know what the next press will do. It reads the follow state the game already keeps on the animal, which every client receives, so it is right on a server for everyone and Taum keeps no copy of it. Built, not played in game.
