The ones to watch, after the review. Thick-hided's Bruise cap is the new strongest: half of the maximum health as a ceiling on one hit makes a full-health character unkillable by any single blow, which is most of what a boss fight is, and the share is BruiseCapShare if it proves too much (0.6 or 0.7 still stops a one-shot from a bad trade). Long stride's Momentum is the first second speed source, past the 10% cap by 5 points while a run lasts; MomentumBonus is the knob, and the cap's note in cards.txt says why this one is allowed. Turned blade's Return blow is a parry build's, and the stone keeps its block stamina as a companion; dropping that is one line in Card.Companions. Tide-borne's Gasp is stronger than its first draft, a 12 second wait and 25% cheaper swimming, and Rides the waves now also halves rock and ice damage to the hull.
