Sprinting could be free. The game adds run-stamina discounts together and stops at zero. Tireless, Long wind and Long stride at rank 5 came to -51%, Eikthyr's power is -60%, and the two together hit zero.
MinRunStaminaCostputs a floor under it: at the default of 0.2, sprinting always costs at least a fifth of its normal rate. Either source on its own stays above the floor and is unchanged. Reported by AllHailPidgey.
