Runestone: Fell-born
Declined · proposed by ezomic
Declined.
The mount half duplicates Rein-wise, and a few degrees of slope is too thin to spend a pick on.
Per rank: The slope you can walk up grows 2 degrees a rank, from 38 to 48.
Capstone (rank 5): Your mount climbs whatever you can climb.
