Would that make crafting free of stamina as -50%+ -50% = -100% or does it get multiplied -(50% * 50%) = -75%, both cases are really nice but one is definetly too good.

Runestone: Hall-raiser
Planned · proposed by ezomic
Per rank: Building costs 10% less stamina a rank, half at rank 5, on top of the discount Crafting already gives.
Capstone (rank 5): Tearing a piece down with the hammer is free. Placing, repairing and hoeing still cost. Fallback without code: another -15%.

It multiplies, so it cannot reach free. Crafting is already paying half of this by itself: the hammer costs 5.00 stamina a piece at Crafting 0 and 2.50 at Crafting 100, and Hall-raiser at rank 5 would have halved what is left, which is 1.25.
Your question took the stone apart though. A discount on a discount is a thin thing to spend a rist on, so the stamina is out of it entirely and Hall-raiser is about reach now. Every rank adds 20% to the ground a crafting station covers, so a fully carved stone doubles it and you stop dotting workbenches around a build. The fifth rank reaches your own arm: the hammer places, removes and repairs from twice as far.
It does not touch the circle that keeps enemies from spawning in a base. That is a separate thing on the bench and it stays where it is.
