Crafting station add-ons should reach further

Then, instead of crowding them around the workbenches, we can use them more widely across the base as decorations. I never understood the devs intent with making the add-on range so short.

So: a longer reach for crafting station add-ons, so they can stand around the base instead of packed around the bench.
